Homeostasis is an EP centered around contrasts: tenderness and intensity, distance and closeness, vulnerability and anger, the conscious and the unconscious coexist and interact, weaving a network of emotional and sonic oppositions. Themes of mortality, fear, and the queer experience run throughout, with the acceptance of vulnerability serving as the core connective thread.

Partly inspired by space, nature, and biology, Homeostasis touches on the concept of homeostasis—a biological mechanism essential for survival, without which death occurs. Gradually, the EP shifts from the distant to the familiar, from space to Earth, turning its gaze toward the human experience and drawing inspiration from the coldness and detachment of these realms.

Sonically, the EP moves from dystopian electronic atmospheres to warmer, earthy soundscapes, blending experimental electronic music and avant-pop, with ambient and deconstructed elements. Starting with more experimental structures and unintelligible, fragmented lyrics, it evolves into more structured forms, where these contrasts begin to merge. The interplay between intense electronic soundscapes and calm, almost acoustic moments creates a sense of constant flux.
